VESSEL WALK-THROUGH
As you board this beautiful yacht the first thing that you will find is a very comfortable fully covered cockpit (extended hardtop version with built in overhead lighting). There are two built in seating and storage units. In addition to the fixed seating there are two folding directors chairs and a folding wood table that can be used for outdoor dining or moved inside and used in the wheelhouse as well.
Upon entering the wheelhouse you will notice the 4 beautiful bi-fold teak and glass doors that when opened to their fullest extent will provide the owner with a 7' unobstructed entry and when closed a fully weather proofed wheelhouse / saloon with old world charm. To the port side is a settee that converts to a berth. Also provided is a large folding table that may be used in the cockpit as well. On the starboard side you will find an extremely well equipped helm station complete with a large seat that will provide you with an unobstructed view in all directions. Beneath the helm is is a refrigerator convenient to the pilot house and cockpit. In addition to the doors the forward and side windows open to provide abundant ventilation.
Moving forward and down a few steps you will find yourself in the galley to starboard. This area has a very open and airy feeling due to the high headroom and location to the steps and wheelhouse. Just forward of this is the dinette area with a L-shaped settee and folding table. This table lowers to form a double berth. There is fully finished storage below and behind the settee as well as both open and closed shelving to provide more than ample storage in this area.
On the port side is access to the guest cabin with two large over under bunks and a large full height hanging locker with more storage beneath the lower bunk and shelf. Ventilation is provided by an opening port and air conditioning.
Moving forward to the port side is a large head complete with ample storage and with Silestone countertop. This is bright and airy with an opening port for ventilation as well as air conditioning. The toilet is an all porcelain bowl electric Tecma head with holding tank and gauge. All shower and sink fixtures are high quality home-style units.
Moving forward you will enter the owner’s stateroom. This cabin has a very open feeling and its central focal point is the large double island berth. To port and starboard you will find equal cabinetry containing his and hers hanging lockers and shelved storage. All of the hull sides are covered with solid teak planking giving the cabin that old world charm.
You will find that this entire interior has been built with the extensive use of teak for cabinetry, mahogany & pine for the cabin sole throughout and with lighter touches to provide this yacht the look and feel of a custom built vessel but with all of the modern conveniences found in today’s yachts. Also, this yacht has exceptional headroom throughout not just in main salon (current owner over 6'-1").

Welcome to my little part of the marine industry. Let’s see how I may be of help to you. My name is John Heffner (Jack) and I have been in the marine industry full time since 1984 when I moved to Rock Hall, Maryland, to work for Gratitude Yachting Center. I entered the boating industry after leaving a career with a consulting engineering firm in Pennsylvania designing HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems for commercial structures. I joined the staff at Gratitude Yachting Center working as a rigger and systems installer for 10 years. I became a partner and have worked in most aspects of the business from installer, service manager, sales of both new and used boats, and the liaison with several of the boat manufactures that we sold to include the following US builders; Island Packet, Eastern Boats and Ranger Tugs and European builders to include Nauticat, Moody, Menorquin and Kirie also known as Feeling. For the past 41 years, I have been around and understand the characteristics and construction of many types of boats and have worked with builders of boats from United States, England, Finland, France, and Spain.
I feel my strongest asset to my customers is my ability to understand their wants and needs, and an ability to help them get the boat that they are looking for, while making it a fun experience. I am a very hands-on broker and like to be involved with my customers to be certain he or she is satisfied with their purchase.
When I came on board with S & J Yachts I expanded my boating career with new boat lines and with both new and previous customers.
Whether you are looking to sell your current boat or buy a boat (either power, sail, new or previously owned, I would welcome the opportunity to help you!
