The large cockpit area has bench seating on three sides and a portside wet bar with faucet and icemaker, making it ideal for large gatherings. A transom door leads to the wide swim platform. At the helm, a double companion seat keeps company with the adjustable captain's chair. With central heat, air conditioning, and TV - VCR - radio combo, this is your home away from home. The Sundancer berth, or mid-stateroom, is a conversation area during the day and converts to a double berth at night. In the master stateroom is a full-size pedestal bed and a private entertainment center with TV. Cedar-lined hanging lockers and port and starboard vanities with cabinets below provide plenty of storage. With access from the salon and the forward stateroom, the master head includes a VacuFlush toilet, a vanity with sink, and full stand-up fiberglass shower. The guest head aft features a VacuFlush toilet and vanity with sink. Eric grew up in Michigan on the Great Lakes, where his family always had boats, and he spent as much time as possible on the water. From an early age, he sustained a lifelong passion for fishing and many other water activities and the shared camaraderie of boaters. After college, Eric was an active participant in the boating community in Clear Lake, Texas, where he spent many happy years on the lake or in the Gulf. Living now in the Dallas area, he has come to appreciate Texas’ inland lakes. Eric and his family return to Northern Michigan regularly to spend time boating and fishing on the lakes. He and his family have sailed in the Caribbean and are looking forward to repeating that experience.
Eric is a graduate of the highly regarded Yacht Broker’s Institute and joined Team Galati in 2021. Currently, he operates out of the Houston yacht brokerage in Texas.
