Raised in St. Pete, FL, Frank has been on the water since early childhood. He began racing sailboats at the St. Petersburg Yacht Club's youth sailing program, and by age 15, he had competed at a world-class level on four continents.
At 18, Frank began his Grand Prix Ocean Racing career. Frank was involved with several world-class campaigns and was crew on numerous national, continental, and world championship-winning teams.
Frank’s clients get to benefit from his 40+ years of diverse experience in the marine industry and yachting around the world to help them get the most out of their yachting experience.
