Full Details
Hull and Deck Construction
The deck and house sides are cored fiberglass sandwich with a foam cored flybridge molding.
The extra large one piece 1/2-inch laminated glass deckhouse windows are frameless and offer strength and security with a practically panoramic view from within and privacy from those outside. There is a large cockpit deck and built-in custom cabinets on the house bulkhead. The bait prep/cockpit sink and tackle station is to port. A large/deep stainless steel lined freezer chest is to starboard with the cockpit controls in a small cabinet just above on the bulkhead. Live baitwell is towards inboard side of the starboard cockpit console and beneath the non-skid lid which serves as the landing pad to the aluminum flybridge ladder with teak step treads. Teak cover boards surround the cockpit with flush mounted rod holders and a dual purpose transom well. A large transom door and lift-up gate.
The hull is composite construction in vinylester throughout with solid laminate to chine, with a bolted and glassed hull/deck joint. Interior liner parts made of molded fiberglass add to the structure strength. Engine beds run the full length of the motors. Displacement is estimated to be approximately 45,000#. Fuel tanks are fiberglass. The bottom design is a deep-V with a wide chine aft and a small keel. Premium quality gelcoat was used.
