Patriot offers a 3 Stateroom Layout and is well equipped with a Sea Recovery Aquamatic Water Maker, Dometic Eskimo Ice Chipper, and New Onan Generator (2017).
Inside, ‘Patriot’ received a refresh in 2021 with new carpeting, soft furnishings, and wall liners. The aggressive asking price leaves room for her next owner to make further updates to their liking.
Outside, the topsides have been painted from the rub rail up so the initial paint job is complete. She is ready for a another paint job which is also figured into the asking price. Her bilges and compartments are clean and New Sea Decking was installed in 2023.
