Chip devotes himself to providing a seamless customer experience and enables clients to make informed decisions about purchasing a yacht or new build. In a fast-paced world, timely customer service is of the utmost importance, and having a broker who will work around the clock to provide a bespoke experience greatly improves the process.
Growing up in a family of watermen, Chip was exposed to sportsman’s activities at an early age, which is where his affinity for the water was born. He spent summers on his family’s trawler fishing the Chandelier Islands, and he grew up offshore fishing in Orange Beach and Louisiana. Chip received a Finance Degree from the University of Mississippi, and during the summers, continued to fish marlin tournaments across the Gulf of Mexico. After college, Chip went on to fish seasons in Bermuda, the Caribbean, Central Pacific, and Hawaii.
With 20 years in the sportfishing community, Chip has had the privilege of working with industry pioneers and legends, which provides clients with expansive connections in the sportfishing community, in addition to logistical expertise for yacht shipping. Over the years, Chip has arranged the shipping of boats ranging from Bermuda, the Caribbean, Central America, Canada, and Hawaii.
Chip’s life-long love of all things nautical naturally led him to pursue a career in yacht brokerage.
