BROKER’S COMMENTS - HIGHLIGHTS & AWARDS
KENORAis more than a Wally; custom built by Pendennis in the UK, KENORA was designed by Luca Brenta and commissioned for an experienced sailor with a round-the-world cruise in mind.
Although KENORA hasn’t circumnavigated yet, she has proved her ability time and again. Mostly Med cruising for months at a time, KENORA has also crossed to the Caribbean with the RORC Transatlantic Race
achieving impressive speeds in the mid-20s on route.
KENORA has been meticulously maintained by the same owner since its launch and the same captain for the past 15yrs. Intelligently modified
over the years to ensure she is always in top condition, KENORA enters the market for the first time and is a must-see!
Awards: International Superyacht Society Awards 2000 – Winner of the Best Sailing Yacht 23m-26m category.
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION - ACCOMMODATIONS & ARRANGEMENT
MAIN SALON: KENORA’s raised saloon is bright and spacious with a modern feeling thanks to the blend of wood, carbon and light coloured fabrics.
Descending the teak companionway steps, to starboard is a wooden dining table for eight with carbon intricately inlaid around the border. To port is a comfortable lounging area with three sofas and an armchair surrounding a low, wooden coffee table. On the aft bulkhead is a large flat screen TV with entertainment system.
Forward to port is a wet bar with fridge, ice-maker and custom storage for glass and bottles. Forward starboard is a study area with desk, lighting and office chair.
MASTER CABIN: KENORA’s master cabin was purposefully positioned in the center of the yacht, the area with the least movement in a seaway. She was designed by an experienced sailor with a round the world cruise in mind.
The large double can be transformed into twin beds if desired. Lying on your back with feet facing forward, electric blinds open to a view out of the forward coach roof window to the sky above.
KENORA’s master has ‘His and Hers’ washrooms, ensuite with shower to port and head to starboard.
After the study in the starboard corridor, there is ample storage space with full length hanging wardrobes.
GUEST CABINS: KENORA has two guest cabins forward. Mirror images of each other, both are ensuite twin cabins with electrically controlled skylight hatches.
CREW ACCOMMODATION: Two ensuite cabins aft accommodate 4 crew. Ahead of the crew cabins and with its own entrance is the central, forward facing Nav area. Outboard to port is the laundry area with Miele Washer and Drier whilst outboard to starboard is a work bench and tool storage.
The galley is well laid out, full beam including a comfortable crew area to starboard. Complete with Miele appliances and ample fridge and freezer space
