Description
Albeit cruising or liveaboard, the style and layout of the Hatteras 70 CMY is almost impossible to beat. Plenty of power if needed or cruising efficiently at slower speeds, “Full Moon” brings the occupants of four staterooms to their desired destination either quickly or slowly but always safely and in comfort.

Layout
Twin pilothouse doors leading out to the foredeck are a cruising must. The pilothouse is professionally appointed with all appropriate Navigation and Communication gear. As seen throughout the vessel, white ash woodwork keeps the space clean and bright.
Aft of the pilothouse through a full-sized door is the Galley. The counter space, cupboards and appliances are more than what is required for the accommodations for 8 people. Across from the galley is a semi-circular dinette which is ideal for light meals, work on the laptop etc. The salon connects to the galley and is very spacious with a full window view of the aft deck and cockpit aft. The advantage of the cockpit for gear storage, line handling etc. speaks for itself. A full dining table is at the forward part of the Main Salon.
Down from the salon is the stairway to the engine room and the spacious (and very private) Owners Stateroom. The main feature of that stateroom is the fully walk around centerline King Size Bed. The ensuite his and her head is behind the bed and offers two complete (yet separate) facilities (hers has a tub/shower combination). Forward of the Owners Suite is the walk-in engine room. Well lighted and spacious, this is a dream come true for those that understand the systems and enjoy the easy access for routine maintenance.
Forward of the pilothouse are three more staterooms and heads. The VIP is amidships with a centerline Tapered Queen Bed and an ensuite head (including Jacuzzi Tub and shower). Forward and to port is a stateroom with over under bunks and one favored for use by the Capt and crew (ensuite head as well). Second Guest stateroom is all the way forward with a Queen bed, lots of drawer storage and hanging locker space and its own head.
The Flybridge is enormous. Built in seating for a dozen people or more. All the expected amenities prevail on the Bridge deck.

At just 15 years old, Parker started working for a sailboat dealership in Mamaroneck, New York, where he learned the trade from “underneath the keel”. Later, after completing his college education, he joined the Navy and served as a Navigator on several ships, including an Aircraft Carrier, a Fleet Tug, and a Fast Frigate, mostly in the South Pacific. At the same time as leaving the Navy, Parker joined the Merchant Marines. In the late 70s, Parker moved to Miami and accepted a position with a Hatteras dealership on the Miami River. He still lives in Miami today with his wife, Kiki.
Parker has a strong understanding of Internet marketing but prefers a more hands-on approach to promoting his listings. Over the years, he has built a vast network of industry contacts and through his efforts, Parker has established connections that have proven to be instrumental in this business. He is fluent in Spanish, which has helped him in negotiating transactions from Europe to South America. His listings mainly come from long-standing clients, and, likely, he's already sold the vessel at least once before. Parker's clients appreciate him for his excellent service, which has resulted in many referrals over the years.
