Overview
Tiara is one of the country’s premier builders of dual-purpose express boats, combining hardcore fishing capabilities with beautifully crafted interiors. Like all of Tiara’s Open models, the 3800 was offered as a tournament-ready fishing machine or equipped wit the cruising amenities of a comfortable family express. A huge U-shaped settee to starboard, opposite the galley, dominates the elegant single-stateroom interior. There’s a separate stall shower i the head, and the beautiful teak & holly cabin sole gives the interior of the 3800 a traditional feel found in few other boats. The cockpit, with about 70 square feet of space, could be ordered with aft facing jump seat or a complete tackle center. The entire helm deck lifts mechanically for easy access to the large engine room. Additional features include a hideway TV in the salon, a cockpit wet bar, a fold down transom seat, transom door and shower, side exhausts and wide side decks. Prop pocket reduce the shaft angles and draft. Cummins 480HP diesels cruise the Tiara 3800 in the 25 knot range. (PowerBoat Guide)

When Cory is not “delivering the dream,” he enjoys boating on his 19 Whaler with his wife Clarissa and daughter Camilla.

He is a licensed Florida Yacht & Ship Broker, Certified Professional Yacht Broker CPYB, and a Coast Guard Licensed Captain. As a former member (and former Past President, Vice President, and Broker of the Year) of the Gulf Coast Yacht Brokers Association, he also supports and participates as a member of the International Yacht Brokers Association IYBA, Houston Big Game Fishing Club, and is a proud founding member of TMIC (Texas Marine Industry Coalition) & League City Chamber of Commerce.
Throughout his widespread career, Cory has been fortunate to represent the best boating and yachting brands in the business and has taken advantage of numerous manufacturer-training programs — as he firmly believes that every day is a learning experience. He has completed the Viking Yacht Master’s Program, is a valued Maritimo Specialist, and has visited the following factories for in-depth training: Cobalt, Cruisers Yachts, Four Winns, Formula, Maritimo, MasterCraft, Prestige, Princess, Sea Ray, Sharpe Houseboats, and Tiara Yachts.
Cory joined Team Galati as a certified yacht broker in 2012. Currently, he operates out of the Houston yacht brokerage in Texas. Although well versed in all markets, Cory specializes in the motor yacht and sport cruiser market, but has delivered a new 54 Viking and has a new 72 Viking under construction for delivery in 2023.
