Born and raised on the Chesapeake Bay, Fritz had a fleet of small boats by the time he was a teenager. Time on the Bay was split between power and sail but offshore sailing and fishing soon took over. Racing to Bermuda or fishing off of Ocean City, Maryland eventually led to a permanent move to Stuart, where fishing and the Bahamas can be enjoyed year round.
Always in the marine industry, Fritz worked at a local boat yard as soon as he was old enough, a job which took him through high school and college. A variety of marine-related employment followed including yacht brokerage, custom yacht sales, boat yard partnership, yacht financing, yacht insurance, and marine business insurance. Fritz is the President of Alpha-1 Yacht Management and past President of the Stuart Sailfish Club.
Fritz’s knowledge of which boats are suitable for their intended use, how systems function, how to repair or replace, and when to walk away or negotiate will help you select the right boat to purchase.
Knowing the market, assisting with repairs and making her look her best will help make your boat be the next one sold.
Fritz works with only a few folks at a time in order to provide them with the attention they deserve.
TESTIMONIALS
"I cannot thank you enough for your help finding my dream boat. I have not been this excited for many years. It is absolutely beautiful. I can’t believe that someone could take this much care of a 19 year old boat. It looks like new at a price that I can afford. I could never buy something like this new but it looks new. So grateful!"

"I also wanted to thank you for your assistance and efforts on the sale of Mystique. It was a much better result than we had anticipated before we made the final decision to put her on the market."
