She has had excellent ownership and has been yard maintained by the P.E. Luke Yard in East Boothbay, Maine. Many improvements have been done between 2010 and 2021 including Awlgripping hull, deck and house, redoing her bottom, installing a new Volvo 40 hp diesel engine, new Garmin instruments, new electrical work and much more.
