Excellent condition!
2018 Lagoon 450 Flybridge version,well-equipped and ready for cruising.
This vessel comes with low hours and she's been continually maintained and had the special Lagoon warranty work.
The boat needs nothing. She's a beauty.
What more can be said about the Lagoon 450 - probably the single most successful catamaran ever built?
The largest and most comfortable catamaran in her class, the Lagoon 450 offers multiple spaces for living and relaxation.
From her comfortable saloon with spacious galley to her enormous cockpit, to the spacious flybridge and upper sunbathing area, to her forward conversation pit, this vessel has plentiful room for all of your family and friends.
This boat is in particularly good condition It's hard to find a nick or scratch in any of the interior surfaces. Upholstery is all in excellent shape, the exterior cushions made of the great-looking charcoal textured Sunbrella that seems to wear like iron.
Features include a full cockpit and flybridge enclosure, air-conditioning throughout, a big generator, a 1600w solar array that keeps you from relying on the generator, 720Ah of gel batteries, a 100L/H watermaker, a Highfield 340 dinghy with 15 HP Yamaha outboard. This is a boat you could cruise on tomorrow.
If you're looking to get out there and cruise in comfort and style with your family and friends or do high end day or term charter, this may just be the boat for you!

Having started in the aircraft industry as an apprentice engineer in the mid seventies, the progression to sailboats was natural. Arriving in the Caribbean in 1981 for the first time, I was hooked on the beauty and the lifestyle. It took me more than 10 years back home to afford and rebuild my first yacht, which, after having sailed across from Africa in the early nineties, has been our permanent home. After chartering and being involved in almost all the aspects of the marine industry for over fourty years, we now have a family and don't do charters anymore.... we still have the boat though!

Having started in the aircraft industry as an apprentice engineer in the mid-seventies, the progression to sailboats was natural.
First trip to the Caribbean was in 1980 and have been here permanently since 1994 as a charter captain and refit engineer.
When we had a family I started the brokerage business after a rather disappointing experience selling a project boat.
The brokerage has grown over the last two decades through dedicated attention to details and enthusiastic references from our many happy clients…who have all become friends.
