This model, first introduced as the Tournament Sportfish in 1973, was popular with fisherman and family cruisers alike. A very long production of 14 years, the 2 stateroom, galley up interior has a lower helm also. This is a solid fiberglass layup in good condition that is a project boat, interior needs finishing, engines run but needs old fuel removed, canvas and electronics as needed and a good buffing. Introduced to boating as an infant, I can't recall a summer when we weren't water skiing, fishing, or sailing. My father was a Sales Manager for Mercury and we grew up in Rhode Island where I had opportunities to crew on sport-fishing boats and campaign-racing sailboats on a regular schedule.
