Description
The present owners of Solace are the second owners and have enjoyed her with their family for 20 years. They keep her on a lift at their home. The Sabre 36 FB Sedan, like all boats built by Sabre Yachts, is "Crafted in the Maine Tradition". Originally known as a Sabreline and based on the concept of a "Fast Trawler" as demand for faster boats was on the rise. The 36 Sedan was built on the well known 36 MKII Express hull. She has an 18 degree deadrise angle at the transom, wide chines and spray rails, the 36 sedan gets up on plane easily and offers one of the driest, most comfortable rides in this size and type of motoryacht. She has a timeless design that will stand tall will into the future. Terrific boat for the Great Loop, intracoastal waterway, or just enjoying the Chesapeake on a lovely weekend.

Accommodations
- The Sabre 36 Flybridge Sedan offers a comfortable cockpit, wide side decks with high rails all around, steps with a gentle grade for ease climbing to the flybridge, wet bar in cockpit and door that leads you into her main salon.
- Her salon is surrounded by large windows which gives one the impression of a much larger vessel. Beautifully finished Cherry wood cabinetry and aft to port is a comfortable L-shaped dinette with a hi-lo table, adjustable to coffee table or dining table height. Opposite to starboard is the entertainment center with attached helm seat. To port and forward of the dinette is a cabinet for glassware and bottle storage. The cabinet top can also serve as a navigation station or serving table for hors d-oeuvres. Recessed overhead lighting and accent lighting is provided in the valance boxes. All the way forward to starboard is the inside helm station. Sight lines from the lower helm are excellent, providing a comfortable steering station when the weather is too nasty to be on the flybridge. Full controls and space are provided for all the yacht's systems and navigational electronics.
- Down a few steps is the U-shaped galley to port. This is a lovely working galley with all that is needed for extended cruising. Sabre's design of the galley allowed an open concept galley to the main salon so the chef does not feel alienated from the rest of the group and yet keeps it separate from the salon allowing for a better space for entertaining or just relaxing.
- Opposite the galley to starboard is the large head compartment. There is a private door from the master cabin and a common door from the galley area. There is also a large separate shower stall with a revolving plexiglass door, shower seat and wet locker. Custom teak shower grate, Electric shower sump pump. The head area is lined with fiberglass and has Corian counter tops for ease in cleaning.
- The Master Stateroom is located in the bow with an Island Queen berth. Storage both port and starboard as well as drawers under the berth. Cedar lined hanging locker is aft to port. There is a step up on either side of the berth for ease getting in and out of the Queen berth. Large hatch overhead as well as opening ports give lots of light and natural ventilation.
- Her interior is warm and inviting. She has teak and holly cabin sole that is protected by carpet in the salon. Curtains and blinds give privacy when needed. All custom bed linens convey as well as all her galley ware.
