Description
A VERY clean, well maintained, updated and upgraded convertible sportfish. This vessel has been lovingly owned by a retired Navy mechanic and machinist for the past several years and his attention to detail shows! The boat does not look, feel or act like a 1990 vessel overall. Sure, she still has a maintenance list, what boat doesn’t, but it is a short one and the new owner will not have to be going behind this owner to correct what he has already done. Only less than 400 hours since engine major overhauls on the twin “built proof” Detroit Diesels. The interior has also had a major overhaul with quality finishes. This is a must see if you are looking for a great fishing boat that is also a comfortable liveaboard. On the last fishing trip (6/15/2024) they caught Sailfish and Mahi, zero issues with the boat. This a dry boat with no leaks and is dry cockpit while underway.

Vessel Walkthrough
Even on approach while walking up to the boat at dock, this boat looks much newer than a 1990 Sportfish. With its high gunnels, beautiful teak work around the cockpit, Tuna door ,fresh Alexseal deck and super structure paint job, crisp new helm enclosure and fighting chair, you can appreciate that this is a great fishing vessel. The cockpit is well appointed for ocean fishing and plenty of room for several people. It has live well, bait/fish freezer, new tackle storage, rod holders, rod storage, fish cleaning station and more to make it sufficient for all day fishing excursions. Once you slide the beautiful wood door with it’s etched glass and art work, You will be surprised at the amount of space inside the boat. The custom furniture fits perfectly in the space. One step down to the galley with lots of storage and all amenities needed to feed the captain and crew. One more step down to the cabins and heads, Day head is separate from either cabin. Both cabins are very well appointed for longer than weekend trips, with large hanging lockers and lots of storage.
The boat is very dry, no leaks, dry bilges and hatches. All woodwork is in fantastic condition.
The boat was last hauled out in May of 2022 and had a complete bottom job, both barrier and bottom painted and all through hulls inspected. The boat is very well maintained and professional dove once a month.

Mary-Beth Merendino started boating, sailing and fishing around age 7 in Connecticut. She was raised in a water front/boat loving home, as her father ran one of the largest boat yards in Stonington, CT.
She caught the "cruising-life" bug after living and crewing on a 38’ catamaran. Traveling back and forth between New England, Florida Key’s and the Bahamas, including exploring and navigating the southern Exuma’s, Abaco’s and many other Islands. She has completed an apprenticeship with a yacht management company on Florida’s Treasure Coast to learn hands on knowledge of the different aspects, components, types, repairs and maintenance on many different yachts. Mary-Beth also has a background in both commercial mortgage brokering and restaurant ownership so she is extremely detail orientated, customer-cen·tric and well organized.
With her diverse background of boating, fishing and detail orientated paperwork experience, Mary-Beth is a hardworking Yacht Broker that is dedicated to finding just the right boat for her buying customers that fits their lifestyle, as well as, advertising and matching buyers with sellers.
