BROKER'S COMMENTS
This classic Bristol 40 CB Cutter is a special yacht. Charlie Kate has enjoyed very professional care and maintenance. Each year she has been stored inside and the mast has been unstepped. This assures that the rigging, fittings, spreaders, etc. are inspected and replaced, if needed. Her hull and exterior bright work are stunning. She is the type of classic vessel that is an "eye catcher" as she enters the harbor.
This yacht has been repowered with a 40HP Yanmar and has less than 800 hrs. So, she is ready to go cruising! This yacht will take you there in comfort as the CB lets you take refuge in those shallow coves in the islands, but gives you that deep keel performance in a seaway.
This is a great value. Please call to arrange a private viewing.
