Description
The Mainship 430 Sedan Bridge " SAY YES" features a large, uncluttered flybridge with plentiful seating and storage. Wide molded fiberglass steps replace the standard ladders on the 40, offering safety and comfort. Bridge walk-throughs along with oversize handrails and raised toe rails add to safety. If you are looking for a beautifully designed and American crafted yacht with all the comforts of home , featuring two ensuite staterooms , lounge area, galley area , on lower deck and an upper deck with lots of comfortable seating and helm area.
She is driven by two powerful 350 hp diesel Caterpillar engines that have been regularly serviced and have been trouble free .
They are barely on tick over at the hull speed of 8 knots using a meagre 1/2 gall per hour on each engine.
Then if you need to get there quicker or outrun a storm , open the throttle and start cruising at 18 knots!
The family can be relaxing in the staterooms watching videos while you make those passages , or cooking meals , a great way to travel.
I always like to trawl a fishing line or two just in case !
Say Yes has a 6 kva Generator and Air Conditioning ,, if required.
The Bank of solar panels and 2000W Inverter make her self sufficient in power to run all the services, and the 4 x 8D batteries have sufficient storage capacity .
There have also been a lot of improvements done in the past few months.
The floor, head lining , and upholstery, also the flybridge cushions re covered.
