PADDY WAGON WALKTHROUGH
SUNDECK
Boarding the yacht from port or starboard. The sundeck is entered through inward swinging doors or you can enter from ladder on cockpit. The sundeck features plenty of room and seating. It offers a wetbar with refrigerator, with icemaker, television and plenty of storage. it is enclosed with isinglass and a hardtop.
Stairs to the flybridge are center forward with door and stairs to the salon adjacent to the left. Half door to the rear leads down to cockpit with door leading to full beam swim platform.
FLYBRIDGE
Moving up to the flybridge, the helm is center forward and features two captain chairs, full controlsand instrumentation. it has bench seating port, starboard, and rear of captain seat.. It has full canvas/isinglass enclosure and a hardtop with crane and tender cradle on sundeck hardtop. Radar arch is mounted aft.
WEATHER DECKS AND BOW
The weather decks and bow have a non skid sole, with stainless steel hand rails. At the bow is a hatch for the forward cabin. it has three fender holders on each side with one designed to carry ba propane tank, on each side, which is plumbed to the boat. The pulpit has two interchangeable anchors to be used with the windlass and a spotlight.
SALON
The salon is carpeted with nice woodwork. Decending from the sundeck stairs, a sofa is found starboard in a spacious salon. there is an entertainment center/desk and storage port and shelf and storage starboard with 12 volt and 110 panel. It is also equipped with a central vac. Windows on all sides, for amazing natural light.
GALLEY /DINETTE
Decending down a few steps, center from salon, is the galley/dinette. Port offers a large dinette, which doubles as a bed for extra guests. Starboard offers a great galley, with large refigerator/freezer, covectio microwave, propane stove and oven combo, full size sink and tons of storage, and more natural light.
FORWARD CABIN
Forward cabin is entered from the galley. It offers a queen double bed with storage locker and dresser. It has a private head and vanity. And more natural light from oval windows on both sides and hatch to bow.
AFT STATEROOM
The aft stateroom is entered from the rear of the salon, down a few steps. it spans the full beam. Center of room is the queen bed. Port side has a full dreser which wraps into a night stand. starboard side has a nook with a desk area which wraps into a small dresser and nightstand. Also starboard is the head with vanity and enclosed shower. At foot of bed is a hanging locker and more storage. There is also a hatch door which leads to the cockpit.

Curtis Stokes was born in Lewes, Delaware and grew up in nearby Rehoboth Beach, Delaware and St. Michaels, MD until he moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 1992. Curtis grew up on the water and around boats through many years of fishing, sailing and hunting up and down the East Coast of the U.S. and The Bahamas.
While attending Washington College, in Chestertown, Maryland, Curtis decided to obtain his real estate license and joined his father’s real estate firm, Anderson-Stokes Realtors. Curtis became president of the firm after his father’s death and led the company through its expansion to 20 offices and expanded the publicly traded company into insurance, advertising and development. The company was sold in 1991 and Curtis decided to pursue his real love of the water and made yachting his career.
Curtis’ yachting career includes everything from a 75’ Trumpy to a 180’ Feadship, 2½ circumnavigations and a half dozen Atlantic Ocean crossings. He has been associated with and enjoyed worldwide cruising on such well known vessels as EXCELLENCE, FIFFANELLA, OUR TOY, MOECCA, RENEGADE, KISSES and HUNTRESS. Curtis also gained experience as sales manager at Hatteras Yachts, in New Bern, NC, where he helped develop and sell new models and train and coordinate his dealer network.
Curtis then spent six years as a very successful yacht sales broker with The Sacks Group Yachting Professionals, Inc. Curtis was consistently a top producer at the firm. Curtis decided to form his own yacht sales and charter firm September 1, 2009, which took off on a very successful start, even in a recession! Curtis has grown the company to multiple offices and 50 full time sales associates located around the US; and he has sold virtually every type and size of yacht and boat possible.
Curtis held a USCG 3000 ton All Oceans Master license, UK MCA Class IV Master certificate, Cayman Islands Master certificate and a PADI Divemaster certificate. He is also a former Emergency Medical Technician, firefighter and CPR instructor.
Curtis is an active member of the America’s Great Loop Cruiser Association (AGLCA), Superyacht Society, United States Superyacht Association, Marine Trawler Owner Association (MTOA), DeFever Cruiser Club, Seven Seas Cruising Association, Billfish Foundation, International Gamefish Association and Ducks Unlimited.
Curtis also is a Certified Professional Yacht Broker (CPYB), a member of the International Yacht Broker Association, Yacht Broker Association of America and the Northwest Yacht Broker Association.
