Cockpit / Above Decks
One enters the boat from the swim platform into a comfortable cockpit and "refreshment center". This area features a comfortable u-shaped settee, a removable teak table and a flat screen TV. The settee has a fill-in cushion which will convert it to a day-be or outdoor sleeting.
The refreshment center features solid surface countertops, sink, beverage holders, a refrigerator or ice maker, and a trash receptacle.
Forward and up one step is the piloting area that includes a dual helm seating with flip-up bolsters, map pockets, and a curved lounge seat.
The helm station includes controls for trim tabs, port and starboard windshield wipers, the standard windlass, electronic shift and remote spotlight. The tilt steering wheel radiates high-performance look and feel. Stainless steel beverage holders complete the high-tech look.
The entire cockpit / refreshment center / helm station is enclosed with a brand new canvas enclosure with side and rear curtains that can be rolled up creating a full screened-in setting.
The foredeck is wide and flush and includes snap-on cushions, transforming it to an expansive and comfortable sun-pad for lounging or enjoying a cocktail at sunset.
Below Decks
Entry to the cabin is via a sliding acrylic door from the helm station. The floor plan features a forward island berth with an innerspring mattress and fitted sheets.
Overhead lighting and plenty of space for changing, along with an aft settee and table that convert to a roomy double berth.
An ample dinette with room to seat four comfortably is located near the well-appointed galley. Storage abounds with cedar-lined hanging lockers in the V berth, under dinette seats, and in cabinets above the dinette.
The galley's coffee maker with stainless steel carafe tucks neatly in its own storage area. A solid surface countertop is integrated with the sink, sink cover and cutting board. Microwave, refrigerator, two-burner electric stove, a trash receptacle, and power outlets for small appliances are all served up neatly in the galley.
Flooring in the galley area is beautiful teak and holly for easy clean-up. A flat screen TV/DVD player is positioned above the stove, opposite the main cabin couch.
Cabinetry is finished in a rich, cherry woodgrain laminate with a high gloss protective coating.
The interior features is a 12,000 BTU air conditioning/ heating unit, and factory-installed carbon monoxide monitors for peace of mind while sleeping.

With its patented Stable-Vee hull, high performance is perfectly integrated with sophistication in the V338. Built to smoothly handle big waters, small day trips and overnighters, a comfortable and relaxing cruise is always in store.
At 35 ft, this cruiser is expertly designed with beautiful style lines, curved windshield, triple port lite windows, and a standard hinging radar arch.
A canvas bimini top with camper attached to the radar arch is included as standard equipment. A hinging fiberglass arch is standard, allowing for easy set-up, storage, transportation and maintenance.
A two-tiered welded stainless steel bow rail is combined with an intermediate lifeline system to provide security in the foredeck area.
At the integrated swim platform, Four Winns includes blue courtesy lights and its signature angled, deep-reach hidden ladder with wide step pads for the swimmer's comfort.
There's a hot/cold shower at the swim platform for a quick rinse or to remove sand and debris. And in the evenings, the V338s optional underwater lighting creates a beautiful atmosphere with large light fixtures mounted below the swim platform, filling the surrounding water with a luminous glow.

Sean Fawcett joins ECYS after four decades in the yachting industry. Sean has held positions as a yacht captain, boatbuilder, yacht designer, yacht charter broker and educator and is excited to bring his experience to the ECYS team.
EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION
Growing up in Manchester, Mass. and summering on Penobscot Bay in Maine, Sean learned to sail at an early age, was a summer sailing instructor at the Camden Yacht Club and always had his eye on a career in boating.
Sean graduated from The University of Pennsylvania where he was on the lightweight crew and was captain of the Penn Sailing team. Summer jobs often included running offshore racing yachts, as well as commissioning and delivering yachts up and down the eastern seaboard.
PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS
After college, Sean began his yacht design career with Pedrick Yacht Designs in Newport, RI where he contributed to such notable designs as Stars and Stripes ’87 for the America’s Cup and the IOR Maxi boats “Sovereign” and “Drumbeat”. After ten years, he continued his design career with his own company, Fawcett Designs where he was part of the technology team for the America3 Americas Cup campaign.
Sean is joining us after ten years at The Landing School where he was Yacht Design Instructor, Director of Education and, most recently, President.
As a designer, Sean learned that it is imperative to understand how the performance of the boat matches the objectives of the owner. As such, Sean has raced or cruised with clients in almost every ocean in the world including competing in multiple SORC’s, Bermuda Races, Halifax Races, Kenwood Cups and Fastnet Races. Sean brings these same analytical skills to Yacht Brokerage, assuring that the boat matches the mission of the client.
