Eagle 40 Walk Through
Boarding Pipe Dream can be done from the teak swim platform into the covered cockpit via the transom door, or from either the port or starboard midship bulwark doors to the side walkways. Once in the cockpit, you have access to both the port and starboard side walkways, the flybridge via a stainless steel and teak stairway to port, and the salon via the starboard companionway. Inside the salon, you’ll find a settee along the starboard bulkhead, with the washer/dryer and refrigerator with separate freezer forward. To port, there is a large L-shaped settee along the aft and port bulkheads, complemented by a four-place hi/lo dining table that can convert the settee into an additional double berth. The spacious, fully equipped U-shaped galley is located forward to port. The companionway to the yacht's expansive pilothouse is forward to starboard, where an L-shaped settee with a hi/lo table runs along the aft and port bulkheads. This table can convert the settee into an additional single berth. The side walkways can be accessed via the port and starboard pilothouse doors. A forward companionway to port leads down and forward to the full head to starboard that features a separate shower stall, a storage locker to port, and the master stateroom forward, featuring a centered queen berth with direct access to the head. Engine room access is available through the sole hatches in the pilothouse and the hinged companionway stairs from the main cabin.
Eagle 40 Accommodations
Pipe Dream features a forward master stateroom with a centered queen-size berth. The L-shaped settee in the salon converts into a double berth, while the L-shaped settee in the pilothouse can be converted into a single berth.
Eagle 40 Salon
The salon includes an L-shaped settee to port that can convert into a double berth, complete with storage and a hi/lo dining table. To starboard, there's a bench settee with additional storage. The space features opening side and aft windows, a teak and holly sole, engine room access via the flip up pilothouse stairway, and a door leading to the cockpit via the companionway. The upholstery was updated in 2023.

Eagle 40 Pilothouse

Eagle 40 Flybridge
The flybridge provides full 360-degree views, enhancing the safety and ease of yacht navigation. The non-skid fiberglass deck ensures secure footing, while a hardtop offers protection from the elements. The flybridge is equipped with stainless steel rails, a large deck storage box, two helm seats with storage underneath, a sun pad forward, and a stainless steel and teak stairway leading to the cockpit.
Eagle 40 Cockpit
The cockpit is protected by a hardtop, and the non-skid fiberglass deck ensures secure footing for deck operations. A stainless steel and teak stairway to port provides access to the flybridge. Molded steps lead to each side deck, while a companionway to the salon is located to starboard.
