36' Monk Vessel Walkthrough

From the fiberglass swimplatform, you enter the aftdeck via the transom gate and step up either aft side of the trunk cabin to the bimini covered flybridge or walk forward to the interior or foredeck on either same level side deck. Entering the salon via the port side deck access door, you will find the master stateroom companionway port aft, L-shaped seating with storage and a double pedestal folding hi/lo table port forward, galley starboard aft, lounge chair/helmseat to starboard, lower helm and side deck access door starboard forward and the guest stateroom companionway forward. Engine room access is via salon sole hatches.

The headroom in the salon is 6'5", 6'9" on the flybridge, 6'7" in the guest stateroom and 6'4" in the master stateroom and shower. The master stateroom berth is 6'3" long and the guest stateroom berths are 6'5" long.

The height from the waterline to the top of the mast is 18'6", 16' to the top of the bimini and 12'6" to the top of the flybridge windscreen.

36' Monk Accommodations

Cracker Girl offers a full-beam master stateroom aft with a centerline queen size berth and ensuite head with enclosed shower; and a guest stateroom forward with a V-berth and an ensuite head.

36' Monk Salon

The salon offers a teak & holly sole (Refinished in 2022), side deck access door starboard forward and port aft, L-shaped seating with storage and a double pedestal hi/lo folding teak table port forward, lounge chair to starboard, opening side windows with screens and curtains, aft window, book shelf and engine room access. The salon seating has new cushions and Ostrich leather in 2022.

The galley is starboard aft in the salon.

The guest stateroom is forward and offers a V-berth (New foam mattresses in 2021), reading lights, 2 portlights, curtains, overhead hatch with screen and exterior cover, shelves, storage drawers and cabinets, hanging locker, teak & holly sole, fan, anchor chain locker access and an ensuite head.

36' Monk Lower Helm

The lower helm is starboard forward in the salon and offers a side deck access door, helmseat, engine control, bowthruster control, trim tab control and electronics as detailed in the electronics section in this presentation.

36' Monk Flybridge

The flybridge offers a bimini, sun shades, Eisenglass enclosure, non-skid deck, 2 deck chairs, teak cap rails on stainless steel stanchions with Textilene curtains, custom seats forward that allow two seating positions and table conversion, bowthruster control, engine control, trim tab controls, anchor windlass control, storage under the helm and electronics as detailed in the electronics section in this presentation. The mast standing rigging has been customized to clear the flybridge area.

36' Monk Trunk Cabin

The trunk cabin offers a hinged mast and boom, propane locker, Magma stainless steel BBQ grill (2024), non-skid deck, deck storage box, steps on each side aft to the aftdeck, stainless steel rails and an outboard bracket.

36' Monk Aftdeck

The aftdeck offers storage under the deck, non-skid deck, hot/cold fresh water shower, same level side deck access and a transom gate.
