2011 Hanse 44' (13.49 m)
Fajardo
A 55,000 reduction has been made on "ZINIC", which is in excellent condition and fully self-sufficient Hanse 445. A very motivated seller is ready to entertain offers this season. The Hanse 445 is the first in Hanse's series of larger boats. It offers more space compared to its smaller counterparts. The main salon provides ample room for guests, a well-equipped galley, two spacious double cabins at the back, and a front stateroom with a queen-sized bed and separate shower and head compartments on both sides. The standard rig ensures excellent performance, with a Z-spar performance mast and a 7ft 4in deep fin in a T configuration with a long ballast bulb at the bottom. The boat also features electric winches on both sides at the dual wheel stations, a self-tacking jib, and a German mainsheet system, making it easy to sail single-handed. Notable equipment includes full teak decks, upgraded sail inventory from North Sails, a full complement of Simrad instruments, an offshore generator, solar panels, and a life raft. It also has a retractable bow thruster and air conditioning. This boat has never been chartered and has always been well-maintained and upgraded. Below deck, there is a U-shaped dinette to starboard with a bench seat to the port side, and a nav table aft. There are symmetric aft cabins with a large head to port and a separate shower stall. Moving forward to the owner's cabin, there are spacious hanging lockers on both sides, an island-style double bed, and a dedicated shower stall to starboard, with a toilet to port. ZINIC is competitively priced and comes with high-standard equipment, comfortable accommodations, and a spacious cockpit. Its sleek profile, modern cabin appointments, distinctive hull ports, and uncomplicated, low-effort handling make it stand out. It's suitable for both cruising and club racing.
