Full Details
Overview
The 2017 Nautitech 46 Fly sailing catamaran, Freedom, has a four stateroom layout. Each stateroom has a toilet and sink (4) and there are two walk-through showers (see layout). The living areas, as one would expect, are large and open. Inside, a full-function Galley is open to a Navigation Station and a large, U-shaped settee surrounding a table. The air conditioned interior can be opened through large, sliding doors in the aft bulkhead to flow seamlessly to the aft deck which has a large dining area and separate bench seating aft, as well as to port, all of which is covered. Stairs on the port side lead up to the open-air flybridge. The helm and sail controls are forward and there is seating aft and both sides. The flybridge Bimini top has clear sections to provide a view to the mainsail. This cat sails nicely, thanks to a well-designed sail plan. Yanmar diesels provide easy and efficient power and the generator and multiple solar panels charge the electrical system when away from the dock through a Victron Quatro system.
