Chesnee Cogswell is a Tortola Native, and was almost literally born on a sailboat in Cane Garden Bay, Tortola! Chesnee comes from a serious sailing family having lived abroad and cruised many boats throughout his lifetime, as well as participated in extensive refit projects of varied and extensive nature.
