Darryl counts himself lucky to have been born into the boating lifestyle. With a master boat builder for a father, Darryl grew up on the water gaining an understanding of boats inside and out. After high school, he began a successful stint building his own custom high-end skiboats.
In a twist of fate, Darryl’s boat-building business, tooling and all, burned to the ground in 1990, leading him to the marine service industry where he handled expert fiberglass repairs and custom alterations. Before long, Darryl realized it was the relationships he was developing with his customers that brought him the most satisfaction.
Since making the move to sales in 2003, Darryl has helped hundreds of people to become owners. His goal with each customer is to introduce them to the extraordinary lifestyle that goes along with boat ownership. He takes pride in the products he sells, and his high standards for quality can be seen in his attention to detail, much appreciated by his customers.
When Darryl isn’t busy looking after his customers and keeping an eye on their boats, you might find him loading mountain bikes into his trusty 17 Montauk commuter for an epic North Shore adventure, skiing fresh powder at Whistler, or slicing glass on the slalom waterskiing course in Belcarra.
