Recent upgrades and Maintenence
- Superior Dive Services cleans the boat bottom and checks the zincs periodically. The last cleaning was on 8/20/24.
- Boat Biz, etc. Inc., cleans the boat every two weeks. The last cleaning was on 8/21/24.
- The interior teak table has been re-finished and is at Pamela Hameka's.
- Pamela also renewed the exterior teak in March 2024.
- The last bottom job was done on 10/22 with Neptune Red paint used.
- The following work was done on the engine by Chuck Rogers 1/23:
- Replaced Engine Zincs
- Replaced hose from mixing elbow to muffler
- Replaced coolant raw water hose
- Flushed cooling system and replaced coolant.
- Pulled and cleaned all three exchangers and conducted pressure tests.
- Replaced primary and secondary fuel filters.
- I had an oil analysis done, which indicated that the equipment and oil were all normal.
- The following work was or is being performed by Mockingbird Marine:
- All missing bungs in the deck were replaced. 11/22.
- A new manual bilge pump was installed. 11/22.
- Fuel tanks were treated to prevent rust, and fill pipes were re-caulked. 11/22.
- The horn and switch were replaced. 11/22.
- The holding tank was replaced. 1/23.
- Replaced Port side windshield wiper motor and arm for middle wiper. 5/23.
- Replaced temperature gauges and sender for the engine. 6/23.
- New air conditioner and ducting installed. 9/23.
- Added a bronze cleat for an anchor chain tie off. 10/23.
- Replaced 500 GPM bilge pump. 7/24.
In process of replacing 2000 GPM bilge pump and switch and also the shower sump with pump and switch.
