Vessel Walkthrough
You enter the pilothouse midships from either the port or starboard side. The cockpit's centerline door to the main salon allows access from aft. The pilothouse gives the captain a protected space to operate the boat and a wonderful 360° view. The chart table is on the port side of the centerline helm.
Going aft out of the pilothouse you step down two stairs into the salon to the salon level, where you find the L-shaped galley on the port side, and just aft of the galley you find a couch that converts to a double berth. On the starboard side of the salon, there is a little dinette area. The salon features large opening windows and an aft door to the cockpit.
Moving forward, down just a few steps from the pilothouse is access to the head, shower, and owner’s stateroom. Access to the head and shower is provided by a door at the base of the stairwell and a private entrance from the owner’s stateroom. The owner's stateroom features an island centerline queen berth. Plenty of drawers and lockers.
Engine room access is through a hidden door in the shower to port and second access through a sealed door to
starboard.

The pilothouse is the centerpiece of this beautiful trawler.

Jean-Pierre Skov was born and raised in St. Croix, U.S.V.I. He grew up in the marine industry, starting with his dad’s charter company and boat yard on the East end of the Island. He captained charter boats in the Caribbean, competitively raced sailboats for the V.I. Olympic team, and worked for Hess Oil in the marine department as a tug captain of a 105’ ship handling/ocean-towing tug.
In 1995, Jean-Pierre migrated to being a full-time yacht broker. His knowledge of the industry and yachts in general made this transition the perfect fit. He prides himself on developing his client relationships into friendships. His clients know that he is always only a phone call away to answer any questions.
For the past 20 years, he has also been intricately involved in industry leadership. He has served the Yacht Brokers Association of America(YBAA) as a board member, Excecutive Committee, and president. He is still very active in leadership of the industry as the current Executive Director of YBAA.
