WALK-THRU
As you step below you are greeted by a large open salon, due to the fact that the table is folded up against the forward bulkhead. When the table is open it reveals bottle rack and small item storage. This table folds down with a large leaf that folds over to provide seating from both the port and starboard settee. The L-shaped settee to starboard pulls out to make a double berth with the port side being a single, with this added sleeping capacity providing sleeping for (7). The settees are covered in an off-white ultra leather fabric (condition is like new). There is large amounts of storage both behind and beneath both settees. Both natural light and ventilation is provided by (4) opening ports and a large overhead hatch. For added security when underway there are (2) overhead teak handrails.
To starboard at the aft end of the salon is an aft facing nav station with chart table and all breaker panels for both 12 volt and 120 volt are located here, electronics as well.
The gallery is located just aft of the salon and to starboard at the base of the companionway. This is a large u-shaped area with countertops covered with an off white Formica and solid teak sea rails on all open edges. There is a large 14 cubic foot, top load ice box / refrigerator with lift out shelf as well as an electric sump drain. There is a two burner LPG gimbled stainless steel stove with oven for cooking and for clean up a large double bowl stainless steel sink. Hot and cold pressure water as well as a cold water hand pump. Tip out trash bin for those unwanted items. Plenty of storage both above and below the counter includes a designated dish rack and cutlery drawers.
Access to the aft cabin is to the port side of the the companionway. Large double berth with a full-length teak shelf outboard, stowage lockers beneath. A large cedar lined hanging locker, bureau w/shelf-over, two opening ports and a small overhead hatch.
The head is located just forward of the salon and to starboard. This space has a vanity with storage beneath, with a contoured counter top so there are no sharp corners, off white counter top with teak fiddle and a stainless steel sink. The toilet is centrally located and is an electric Eco-Vac unit by Sealand. Next to the head is a dedicated teak shower seat.
For the owner’s stateroom located just forward of the head. There is a pullman style berth to starboard, a small seat and a full-length shelf outboard on both port and starboard of the cabin. To port is a bureau containing shelved storage and a large cedar lined hanging locker. There are three opening ports as well as a large overhead hatch.
This cabin has it's private access door to the head.
Engine access is very good with large removeable teak box that is located beneath the companionway stairs providing access to the front end of the engine. Beneath the aft berth are removable panels to access the aft end of the engine as well as the shaft and stuffing box.
The entire yacht is beautifully finished teak through-out with teak and holy cabin sole except for at the base of the companionway, galley and head which have a diamond patterned molded fiberglass.
HULL & KEEL
This 350 doesn't differ from the rest of the Island Packet line in that she has the time proven trade mark "Full Foil Keel". This provides for a moderate draft for her size enabling the owner expanded cruising ground access, integrated one piece hull and keel providing for stronger construction and the airfoil shape provides better upwind performance with a modern hull shape providing enhanced boat speed and maneuverability. The transom has an integrally molded in swim platform. The hull is 100% hand laid triaxial woven fiber glass, using NO coring material. The deck is constructed using PolyCore which is a microsphere and resin matrix.
The large cockpit has to 7 1/2 foot contoured seats and separate raised helm seat with padded back rest. Storage provided by two large lockers and a separate insulated cockpit icebox. Deck is two tone with molded diamond patterned slip resistant surface. Side decks are wide have a raised bulwarks that increase in height as you move forward. Starboard side deck has a molded propane locker with storage space for 2 tanks. Access to the anchor locker is provided through a Lewmar hatch.

Welcome to my little part of the marine industry. Let’s see how I may be of help to you. My name is John Heffner (Jack) and I have been in the marine industry full time since 1984 when I moved to Rock Hall, Maryland, to work for Gratitude Yachting Center. I entered the boating industry after leaving a career with a consulting engineering firm in Pennsylvania designing HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems for commercial structures. I joined the staff at Gratitude Yachting Center working as a rigger and systems installer for 10 years. I became a partner and have worked in most aspects of the business from installer, service manager, sales of both new and used boats, and the liaison with several of the boat manufactures that we sold to include the following US builders; Island Packet, Eastern Boats and Ranger Tugs and European builders to include Nauticat, Moody, Menorquin and Kirie also known as Feeling. For the past 41 years, I have been around and understand the characteristics and construction of many types of boats and have worked with builders of boats from United States, England, Finland, France, and Spain.
I feel my strongest asset to my customers is my ability to understand their wants and needs, and an ability to help them get the boat that they are looking for, while making it a fun experience. I am a very hands-on broker and like to be involved with my customers to be certain he or she is satisfied with their purchase.
When I came on board with S & J Yachts I expanded my boating career with new boat lines and with both new and previous customers.
Whether you are looking to sell your current boat or buy a boat (either power, sail, new or previously owned, I would welcome the opportunity to help you!
