DESCRIPTION
Here is a great opportunity to own a 77' Horizon that has the CAT 1550hp C-32s with 2320 original hours. This is one of the popular E-model Horizon Yachts and has been thoroughly upgraded throughout. The high gloss finished cherry wood interior is complimented with Elm Burl wood cabinet-tops, leather seating areas and tasteful designer decor. There are four owner and guest ensuite staterooms plus a crew's bunk area with its own head, which is aft with a separate entry door. There is plenty of comfortable exterior seating and entertaining areas including a roomy teak-soled aft-deck with stairways down to a jumbo integral platform. The large galley is in a "Country Kitchen" arrangement with dinette beneath the forward deckhouse windows. A hidden full lower helm station is in an adjoining cabinet. A rich teak & holly sole is through the entire main deck area, which includes a day-head and stairway to the flybridge. She's a pleasure to handle with TRAC stabilizers and docking is a snap with hydraulic bow and stern thrusters. This boat is fully outfitted and equipped with first-class equipment including a 13'5" Novurania tender, water maker, blackwater treatment system, underwater lights, and redundant dual systems throughout. This boat has lived for the past several years on freshwater and kept in a covered boathouse. Recently moved to Florida to be sold.
ACCOMMODATION
One of the popular Horizon E76-series, this yacht has a slightly larger aft platform which brings her length to 77'. She features a gloss finished Cherry wood interior with Elm burlwood high-gloss finished countertops. The stateroom arrangement has the amidships master stateroom, forward VIP stateroom, and a starboard twin berth guest stateroom, all with private heads. These staterooms are accessed down a forward curved stairway leading from the portside just ahead of the galley past the dinette and hideaway lower helm. In the forward companionway there is a cabinet containing a stacked washer/dryer combo unit. To the aft port side of the salon area is another curved stairway down to another starboard side twin berth guest stateroom with access door to the aft guest head. Further aft down the rear companionway is a separate crew's area with berth and separate crew head. The aft accommodations are done in satin finished Maple wood.
VESSEL WALKTHROUGH
Boarding from the aft platform there are curved stairways up either side of the boat leading to the aft deck. Just ahead a large polished stainless steel and glass sliding Trend door opens to the salon. To the port side of the salon door is a curved stairway leading up to the flybridge. Entering the salon there is a bar cabinet with glass display doors immediately to starboard and an upholstered club chair. A large, leather settee borders the starboard side with built-in wood end tables to either side with decorator table lamps. Just forward is a comfortable matching armchair. In front of the settee and chair is a low cushioned cocktail table/ottoman. This cabinetry was custom modified to maximize the floorspace setting this yacht apart from previously built sisterships. Aft of this cabinetry is the stairway down to the aft guest stateroom and head, crew quarters with head, and engine room. Down the aft companionway to the rear is another exit door leading to the platform. Back on the salon level, moving forward and up a step the deck is finished in teak and holly and to the port side are the interior stairs up the flybridge with sliding stainless steel and glass access door. Forward of the stairway is the entrance to the on-deck day head. A large open galley features Marron Bois granite countertops, excellent cabinet/drawer storage, and built-in Sub-Zero refrigeration. Just ahead are two side pilothouse doors and the Country Kitchen dinette seating beneath the forward windshields. Between the dinette and stairway is a complete lower helm console that is tucked into a hinged hideaway cabinet. Down the stairway at the companionway there is a stacked washer/dryer in a cabinet and aft is the entrance door to the master stateroom. The master has a king size walk-around berth with nightstand cabinets to either side. The stateroom is well lit with natural light due to the large dual vertical portholes on both sides.
