The Robert Perry designed Cheoy Lee meets the standard for solid build quality, and classic looks along with a well-found hull shape and excellent sailing characteristics. The boat originally had basic equipment other than a battery charger, nav lights, vhf radio and manual flush toilets.
Previous owner, a retired marine industry professional, made it for a total refit and upgrade and use the best available materials and equipment regardless of cost. No timeline or budget was established, therefore no restrictions as to expense. All interior construction work was performed by the owner and a mega-yacht refit specialist to very high standards. The results of this project are a perfect live aboard, world cruising capable sailing yacht with a classic look and modern reliable systems at a fraction of the cost of a new vessel. The amount of time that went into this project cannot be quantified, and luckily it was a labour of love.
Now equipped as a world cruising boat for a couple (or solo) with occasional guests, she represents an excellent opportunity to purchase a vessel that is ready to sail without the need of updating or extensive work.
