Description
This Hunter 38 has many great features starting with a large cockpit with a walk through transom, hot/cold freshwater shower and, most important, sailing performance. You don't have to sacrifice a great day of sailing to accommodate guests comfortably - you don't have to sacrifice style to gain comfort.
Atlantis is an excellent example of the Hunter 38 and has been treated with lots of care and many upgrades. The current owner (an engineer) recently completed a refit focused on increased safety, performance, and comfort while sailing and at anchor:
- New electronics (GPS/Multifunction Display, AIS Transceiver, Depth/Speed/ Wind instruments, Quantum Doppler Radar, Battery and Tankage monitoring system)

ACCOMMODATIONS
Atlantis has a very spacious layout featuring a forward guest cabin with a large V-berth, storage, hanging lockers, opening screened hatch and a privacy door. Next aft is the salon with the U-shaped dinette to starboard that converts to a double berth. There is storage outboard and under.
Across to port is a single settee with shelving and storage lockers. There is ample natural lighting in the salon with skylights, fixed windows and opening ports. Next aft to port is the navigation station with AC & DC master panels, tank monitor system and plenty of storage. Opposite to starboard is the fully equipped galley.
Next aft port is the large enclosed head compartment with vanity, sink, H&C pressure water, marine toilet w/ holding tank and a separate shower stall with as well as a privacy door to master suite. Next aft is the master suite with a queen berth with headboard, thick mattress, seats both port and starboard, cedar lined hanging lockers, stowage, opening ports and ample dressing room.
