Description
The 1983 C&C 35 MKII is a well-regarded cruiser-racer sailboat, known for its performance, build quality, and sleek design.
F.O.B. is a one owner C&C 35. Yes, you read that correctly! One owner since new. Sailed on Long Island Sound primarily as a daysailor with the occasional summer cruise. Owned by a fastidious gentleman that made sure everything was always in working order. She has been yard maintained with her owner doing some basics along the way.
Her combination of performance and comfort are a trademark of C&C Yachts. Long respected as one of the better builders in the industry, C&C Yachts has always represented an excellent value for the money. Although she is a bit older now, FOB still offers a great platform for family cruising in comfort and club racing should that be your goal. Easy to sail, responsive, lively, comfortable - all great ways to describe this classic C&C model.
F.O.B. is currently on land for the winter in Huntington, NY. Her mast is unstepped - has been every year - and she is shrinkwrapped, but easily accessible for viewing. Winter storage, spring re-launch and re-stepping are paid.
