Description
The LM 30 Pilothouse is a sold and capable cruising design offering a spacious cockpit with all-weather comfort and security of the enclosed pilothouse.
This LM30 is equipped with a mahogany interior. There is a forward cabin with a spacious V-berth plus ample storage. An enclosed head is just aft to starboard w/ sink and shower plus a locker opposite. The main salon features a drop-leaf table amidships, an L-shaped dinette (converts to double berth) to starboard and a single settee/berth to port. Between the cockpit and the main salon is the pilothouse with a teak and holly sole, a varnished teak wheel, bench seating to starboard and a galley to port. The galley has a 2 burner propane stove, sink and refrigerator. The pilothouse has a 3 pane windshield (w/wipers), retractable skylight over the helm, large windows to port and starboard with a sliding double door to the cockpit. The steering station has engine controls and instrumentation. Tiller steering in the cockpit.
