Accommodations
Entering from the companionway, you'll be amazed at how large the interior feels for a 35' sailboat! The wide beam and exceptional headroom coupled with a smart layout, makes Dreams of Blue stand out against similar sized models on the market.
To starboard, the well-appointed galley with separate fridge & freezer is a nice, out of the way space with lots of (functional) storage and a large double sink. To port is the Nav station with chart table. Forward in the salon, the dinette to port serves as a multifunctional space, with a smaller cocktail table and larger dining table that will convert into a double berth. To starboard, just forward of the galley, the single settee can convert into a split bench with a game table in between. This is the most flexible and well thought floor plan that you can imagine!
Perhaps the best part of the accommodations is the sleeping layout. The Catalina 350 features the traditional aft cabin (which is HUGE!), but also has a nice surprise forward. Instead of a traditional v-berth, there is an Island Queen berth, accessible from both sides, that can comfortably sleep two adults! An added bonus is the head (accessed from the forward cabin and the main salon) with a separate shower stall.
- Large galley with separate Adler Barbour fridge & freezer, Corian countertops, double S/S sink, 2 burner propane stove / oven and 110V microwave

Having grown up in a rural and land locked part of Maryland, Deanna developed her love of the water later in life. After searching for a way to find a good work/life balance, her husband suggested they buy a small center console and try boating. She was admittedly reluctant at first, but she loved it! They enjoyed their time on the water so much, they decided to buy a catamaran and made leap to full-time liveaboard life. She eventually left her corporate career to pursue their dream of cruising, taking a sabbatical and sailing the East Coast to the Keys and onto the Bahamas.
Deanna uses her own personal experience of living aboard and cruising to help buyers find the right boat to fit their lifestyle. Her ability to create lasting relationships with her clients make her a top choice for buyers and sellers looking for the right broker.
Deanna is an active member of the Eastport Yacht Club and volunteers with the Eastport Yacht Club Foundation, the charitable arm of the club which promotes education and career opportunities within the marine and maritime industries.
Deanna lives in Severna Park with her husband, Matt, and their two kids, an Irishdoodle named Bimini and a Labradoodle named Dodger. They are back on a small center console and love exploring the waters of the Severn River and Annapolis
