Description
Morris Yachts built 16 Annie 30's (also referred to as the Morris Annie 29) and TIMELESS was hull 15 of 16. With an overall length of 29'7", this heavy displacement model has a lot to offer the cruising sailor when compared with boats of similar vintage and size. The trademark quality of Morris Yachts' is evident in the fit, finish, and practicality found throughout the Annie 30, and TIMELESS is a well-maintained and consistently updated example. If you are in search of a sturdy sailing yacht with classic style, this model offers a great opportunity for the short or single-handed sailor to begin their adventure.

Accommodations
A traditionally appointed yet bright interior awaits on the Annie 30, with abundant light and ventilation via two deck hatches and seven opening portlights. Entering the companionway, the head is aft to port. This is a wet head and includes a manual head, opening portlight, sink/vanity, and storage cabinetry. Aft-most to starboard is the galley. A double stainless steel sink (fresh/raw water), in-counter and cabinet stowage space, and 2-burner propane stove and oven provide everything needed to prepare food and drinks onboard.
Moving forward, the salon features a settee to port and starboard. The port settee may be converted to a berth to provide additional accommodations. The salon table is cleverly stowed on the bulkhead, and may function as a cocktail table or a dinner table with it's additional leaf raised. Bottle storage is tucked into the table storage cabinetry and provides the perfect safe spot for that bottle of wine or rum you'd like kept safe underway. Handrails are overhead to port and starboard for safety of movement down below. The V-berth contains a hanging locker, storage cabinetry, & drawers, a full pullman berth, and dressing bench.

From an early age, Greg's father taught him the value of a dollar earned from hard work and shared with him the joys of a life on the water. These two things would form the framework for Greg’s life.
After graduating from NC State with a BA in Communications concentrating in mass media, Greg satisfied a bit of pent-up wanderlust. He lived in different coastal areas of the United States from San Diego to the Outer Banks of North Carolina, surfing, sailing, and working fulfilling yet obligatory jobs in his field of study before defiantly choosing to stick with his love of boating as his life’s work.
Greg muses that he is “joyfully unemployable in any other endeavors”, and he works hard every day to help buyers and sellers make the right decisions. Part broker, part counselor, he finds fulfillment in a very demanding work ethic that requires constant attention to the needs of clients as they make changes to their life and lifestyle, moving in or out of boating or making changes to their choices within their boating life. Whether it’s the clean slate of a new build or the acquisition of the perfect pre-owned boat, Greg revels in the excitement and participates joyfully in the range of emotions that are the buying and selling of the single most worthwhile pursuit in this life: boats.
He holds a USCG 100 Ton Master Captain’s license, a Florida Yacht Broker’s license, and he is a Certified Professional Yacht Broker and member of the Yacht Broker’s Association of America. As an owner of both power and sailboats, he can be found quite often on the waters of Charleston Harbor and beyond.
