Description
This 2015 Bali 4.5 4-cabin, 3-head version is designed with Open Space living in mind with large interior and exterior living spaces.
The forward cockpit with dining area and gigantic sunbathing area has replaced the traditional trampoline. The aft cockpit is spacious and entirely flush-decked. There is a port-side dinette and folding table that will seat eight and lounger to starboard.
The side-helm provides good access to the aft cockpit and the side deck. The helm is protected by the Bimini and there's a useful instrument panel, good visibility forward and ample room for the additional coachroof sun pads.
The Open Space concept continues inside, where a sliding aft door and separate window lead from the cockpit to a space where convenience is king. To port is a full galley with an Eno cooktop and separate, eye-level oven and an abundance of countertop space. Each hull has two large cabins with queen-sized island beds. On the port-side each cabin has its own ensuite bathroom with shower and electric toilet while the starboard-side share a larger bathroom, electric toilet and separate walk-in shower.

ACCOMMODATION
Cockpit
The aft cockpit has a large dining table that can easily seat 6-8 people. The L-shaped bench-seat can seat 4 people with an additional 4 chairs. The bench seat can also serve as a watch-keepers bunk during a passage. Once the dinghy is lowered, the “gate” folds down to become a passerelle down to the water or to the dock, which extends the cockpit a further 2ft and gives it the “infiniti pool” look into the ocean.
Forward deck
The forward deck has another large cockpit with two removable tables and large sun-loungers. This “marine terrace” provides a great friendly spot whether at anchor or underway. The overhang over the windows on the cabin top provides much needed shade and prevents rainwater from dripping into the saloon.
Salon
The L-shaped kitchen is positioned in the rear left area of the dinette and has a large window overlooking the aft cockpit. The salon has a Modern interior design with washable vinyl headliners while the the seats and cushions are in an off-white and brown leatherette. The navigation station is forward on the port side of the main cabin. LED lights and Hella-turbo grilled and Caframo's grill-free, whisper-quiet 12V fans enhance the living space. There is a lot of storage throughout galley and the salon. The oven and microwave are at eye level, which makes cooking much safer and easier while underway. The kitchen is equipped with a gas oven and an American-style fridge.
Cabins

I left England in 2003 for a sailing adventure to explore the Caribbean and live the sailing dream. After being aboard our catamaran for almost three years we settled in Grenada where we ran a successful tour and charter company prior to focusing on yacht brokerage.
My previous sales experience coupled with a solid engineering background and the familiarity of having lived the sailing life gives me a good understanding of how to assist people to help make the buying or selling experience a good one.
It's important to choose the right company when buying or selling your boat and we have a good reputation for great service and satisfied customers. Please call Howard if you would like to discuss the advantages of buying or selling your boat in Grenada.
