Vessel Walkthrough and Details
Due to unforeseen change in plans, the current owners had to leave “Lagniappe” in the marina for about a year. In late 2024 they had her transported to a dry dock yard for a major clean up to begin to bring her back to cruising standards. They hired a crew of talented exterior refinishers to completely redo hull and decks. Both are beautifully done! A mechanic has done a basic going through of: engine, generator, A/C unit’s, replaced aging clamps, hoses, etc. and all are in running condition. All through hulls have been deemed serviceable. She made her way to her current wet slip under her own power in mid-June 2025 and ran well. A yacht management company has also gone through the boat, giving it a good interior cleaning and started a solid maintenance list.
She still needs some elbow grease and love, but the big $ items have been completed and ready for her next owner to take up the baton.
The current owners paid for a pre-sale/insurance condition and valuation survey while she was dry docked in May 2025. The surveyor found her to be in “Good” and “Serviceable” condition overall.
The market value given was $95,000.
