A lifelong boating enthusiast, Ross grew up in Mystic, Connecticut, and spent his summers navigating the waters of Block Island Sound and beyond aboard his family's Hatteras "Outerlimits". His passion for offshore fishing began at the early age of five, setting the stage for a lifelong career in boating and sportfishing.
Ross currently lives in Noank, CT, with his wife, Allison. Over the years, he has built an impressive resume with several respected marine dealerships, including Boats Inc., Legacy Yachts, Bassett Boat Company, and Ocean House Marina. In 2023, he was recognized as **Regulator Marine’s top-grossing salesman**—a reflection of his product expertise and unwavering commitment to his clients.
In addition to his success in sales, Ross is an accomplished professional angler, competing in the "Sport Fishing Championship Series" aboard "Lights Out", a 62’ Viking that travels from Mexico to the Northeast Canyons, with plenty of tournament experience on the West Coast as well.
Ross has owned and operated vessels from some of the industry’s most trusted brands—Southport, Regulator, Contender, Intrepid, and Venture—and has fished aboard many others, including Valhalla, Viking, Cabo, and Hatteras to name just a few. With over 40 years of offshore fishing experience, Ross brings a rare depth of knowledge to both recreational and competitive boating.
