Originally from Denmark, Uffe discovered his passion for boating at a young age when his father restored and gifted him an 8-foot clinker-built dinghy for his 9th birthday. After graduating, he spent several years in Germany working for a Danish company before relocating to sunny Florida in 2000 to open a U.S. subsidiary for the same company. The opportunity to build something entrepreneurial, combined with the tropical lifestyle and year-round boating, made it an easy decision for him.
