Description
Ahigh-end luxury fishing machine, the Blackwood 27 blends classic lines with modern styling in a boat of extraordinary eye appeal. Blackwood built this boat with a full inner hull bonded to the outer hull and foam filled. The deck is chemically bonded to the hull with a layer of Kevlar over the entire bottom creating a stiff, puncture-proof unitized structure. The appointments are nothing if not first-rate. For example, the stereo system includesan iPod connection and the comfortable helm seats feature dual footrests. Loaded for fishing and outfitted for comfortable cruising, standard features include electric trolling motors attached to high-speed Lenco trim tabs, a fiberglass T-top with built-in speakers and LED lights, full cockpit bolsters, thru-hull windlass, twin swim platforms and ladders, foldaway aft bench seat, and forward console seat. The fully cushioned bow seating converts to large fishing platform. The 27 also has a recessed handrail that runs the length of the interior cockpit and offers a sure handhold when running or fishing. A good performer thanks to her light weight and slender 8'6" beam, twin 200hp reach 50mph wide open.
