Billy was born on Galveston Island "BOI" with a long family presence in Galveston and surrounding areas. He has returned to Galveston after retiring from 37 years as an educator in the State of Texas.
He is an avid fisherman with a passion for boating, Jack Russell Terriers, and the island lifestyle. Billy has lived a life around boats starting at a young age. Race boats, ski boats, cruisers, hardcore tournament style fishing boats are just a few of the boats he has had enjoyed throughout a lifetime on the water. Holds a current Captain’s License and currently owns a 46’ Hatteras Convertible that he and his wife enjoy.
Billy recently launched a second career as a Yacht Broker with a goal of providing great customer service, consistent communication, and a strong attention to detail in all transactions.
