Description
37 Pacific Seacraft / Crealock 37
The Pacific Seacraft 37 was initially known as the Crealock 37, named for its designer, William Crealock. The Crealock 37 can be thought of as a performance cruiser between a heavy-displacement cruiser and a light-displacement racer. She has a seakindly motion and a good turn of speed.
"In the 37, I had the luxury of drawing a boat not for a client but to represent what I would like for myself,” Crealock said. “It had to be nimble for local sailing but able to make reasonably fast ocean passages in safety and comfort. That meant, above all, it had to be well balanced, and we devoted more time to that than any other aspect of the plan.”
As you enter Light Reach, you have the galley to your starboard, the Nav Station to port, a heater, and a quarter berth aft of the Nav Station. Moving forward to the main salon, there are port and starboard settees with a drop-leaf table at the centerline. The forward cabin has a Pullman berth with two hanging lockers to port, and the head across from them on the starboard side.
