Description
The Parker 2520 Sport Cabin is a versatile and durable pilothouse boat, for both serious anglers and recreational boaters. This model features a spacious, fully enclosed cabin as well as an expansive cockpit area for fishing, hauling gear, and for sitting space. There is a mid-cockpit auxiliary helm station for ease of docking and working in the cockpit.
X-tra Dry has been used as an occasional commuter boat to an island home in Maine. She has not been fished and has been well maintained under current ownership, since 2013. In late 2022 she was repowered with a 250hp Tohatsu 4-stroke. The boat was not launched in 2024 so there are only 33 hours on the engine. X-tra Dry has been stored indoors every winter under current ownership.
Additional updates include:
- Installed a new Garmin Radar Dome 18” 4KW in 2017 which interfaces with the dashboard GPS.
- Install a new Garmin GPSMAP 942x, 2017
- Installed new washdown pump 2015. Penair Shurflo, Pro Blaster 11, 5 GPM
- Added port windshield wiper 2021
- Replaced starboard windshield wiper unit 2022
- Originally helm windshield was a hinged venting port. It was replaced with a fixed unit as the venting one leaked and wiper didn’t work well on that split surface.
