Owners Comments and Boat History
This boat is my full-time home and a solid, reliable vessel. It offers plenty of space for guests, with a wide cockpit perfect for relaxing and a spacious saloon and galley. The long galley layout makes day-to-day living simple and efficient. With high ceilings throughout the interior, it’s especially comfortable for taller people.
The aft cabins have been designed with practicality in mind — the lazarettes were pushed back to allow more standing and sitting room. I’ve also solo-sailed this boat across the Caribbean, and can say it’s extremely easy to handle thanks to its straightforward and simple setup, perfect for both learning and confident sailing.
There was some water damage in the past from hatches being left open, along with normal cosmetic wear and tear. To refresh the interior, the boat was fully surface-wrapped, giving it a bright, modern look. The backs of some panels were left unwrapped due to the high additional cost. The wrap is IMO-approved, fire-resistant, and made from recycled materials — a custom product from South Korea, with an investment of around $8,000 USD.
I purchased this boat in June 2022. It had previously been temporarily used by Dream Yacht, but the owners were not satisfied with the way it was maintained, and once their agreement ended the boat was left unattended at the dock. A close friend of mine, who was a mechanic for them, assured me the boat could be brought back into good condition — and he was right.
Since then, it has served me very well over the past three years. I’ve sailed it across the Caribbean, including in rough conditions, with no major issues. I also live on it full time, which has proven how comfortable and reliable it is as a liveaboard.
There are still a few minor items that need attention, which I am working on, but due to my current work position my time is extremely limited, and I am no longer getting the use out of it that I once did.
