Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, Tom Whittington graduated from NC State with a BS in Engineering in 1972 and is still an avid ACC fan.
His love of boating began at age six in boats and on water skis on Lake Wylie, Lake Norman and the Chesapeake Bay.
