Connor McNeil is a Yacht Broker with Maple Leaf Yacht Sales, bringing over five years of brokerage experience and more than 15 years in the yachting industry. Based in Georgian Bay and Lake Simcoe, his reach extends across the Great Lakes, where he specializes in the sale of sailboats, motor yachts, luxury cruisers, and performance day boats.
Connor began his boating journey in 2008 at Frenchman’s Bay Yacht Club, where he raced competitively before coaching for seven years. He later spent two years coaching high-performance athletes at the Royal Canadian Yacht Club in Optimist, Club 420, ILCA, and 29er classes. After completing his undergraduate degree in Psychology and Law at Dalhousie University, Connor returned to the water as First Mate aboard a yacht in the Caribbean. During those two years, he cruised extensively throughout the Grenadines, BVI, USVI, and French Antilles—calling the British Virgin Islands his favorite destination, “like Disneyland for boaters.”
Relationship-focused and detail-oriented, Connor combines hands-on industry experience with a genuine passion for the boating lifestyle, bringing knowledge and enthusiasm to every client he works with.
