SOMERSET, Contract #442, is the sixth-to-last Trumpy built. Commissioned by Mr. Gerrish Milliken, Jr., of the textile industry, her original name was SPINDLE; then, later, SOMERSET by her second owner, a name also retained by her third. She was completely rebuilt from the keel up in 2012 - 2013. The refit included a new bottom, keel frames and floors, fully rebuilt engines, new generators, new tanks and plumbing, entirely new wiring and electrical systems, new interior, wall coverings, and paint.
