Description
Solace is a turn-key 1988 Island Packet 38 cruising sailboat, combining quality, proven capability, and modern upgrades at an unbeatable price.
This fully-equipped, amazingly maintained, third owner vessel is ready for its next adventure, featuring recent major upgrades such as a repowered Yanmar engine (2008) with only 1350 hours, new chainplates, new solar panels, lithium batteries, a 30 GPH water maker and a fresh bottom job, to name only a few.
Island Packets are renowned for their cruising-proven, strong, and safe offshore capability. The 38-foot model features a deep ballast ratio for stability, and an inner fore stay for a storm jib which makes offshore trips that much safer. Yet, this model is equally well-suited for sailing the ICW, offering a manageable 5-foot draft, and 51ft bridge clearance. You don’t want to miss out on this one, come see her today!
