Bernard ‘Bernie’ Evan-Wong grew up racing dinghies from Snipes, Sunfishes, GP 14 ‘s, and Lasers; in the Caribbean, and later at university in UK. He lived in Trinidad following university, working as a health professional, and took up racing on keel boats, later located to the island of Antigua, in the Eighties.
