Stuart grew up on the New Jersey shore, where he found his passion for boating and the ocean. He spent much of his free time on his family’s 36’ Chris Craft Commander or friends' 45’ Island Trader. In the early 1990s, Stuart relocated to SE Florida to enjoy the water all year long.
